Work was recently finished at various apartments in the Prive condominium in Aventura. Systems installed include a lighting control system, motorized shades, network, and various audiovisual systems. Brands used include Crestron, Leon Speakers, Lutron, Media Décor, Sonance, Sony, Pakedge, and many others.
Our team recently finished work at the Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach. Systems installed include a dedicated theater, CCTV and access control systems, building-wide network, background music systems, as well as the infrastructure cabling for all the units. Brands used in the project include Crestron, Cisco Meraki, Siedle, Sonance, DP, and many others.
Our team recently designed and installed several audiovisual and presentation systems for The Bass Museum in Miami Beach. Close collaboration with the design team of the project and attention to detail made the project a success.
Interseckt outfitted this villa with numerous technology systems to enhance the sales efforts of the project’s staff. One of the areas has a a 15 display video matrix where potential buyers can get immersed in an interactive presentation of the residences. Major brands of components include Crestron, Cisco Meraki, DP, and Planar.
This is Miami’s premiere co-working space. We worked diligently with the client to design and implement the solution. Our team also created a custom smart phone application that allows the building’s staff to manage all the systems of the building. Principal components: Apple, Cisco Meraki, Crestron, Sony, Siedle, and Visualint.
This was a very high end and elaborate penthouse project in one of the most prestigious buildings in Miami. Maintaining the high design standards was a priority. Much of the technology in the apartment was concealed without affecting performance. Principal components: Crestron, Lutron, Planar, and Trufig.
Our goal here was to create an attractive environment where buyers could experience what it will be like to live in the residences. In addition to a comprehensive technology system, our team developed an interactive presentation app for the sales staff. Our work won a Crestron design award in 2015.
This project was composed of 4 buildings in an island in the Bahamas. The design included the installation of a fiber optic network connecting all the buildings in the property. Reliability was key because of the remote location of this project. Principal components: Cisco Meraki, LG, Siedle, and Visualint.
This high performing theater in an apartment in Coconut Grove includes Thiel speakers, a Kaleidescape system, a DP projector concealed within a wall, and a matched Stewart Filmscreen motorized projection screen. All within a fully integrated Crestron system that controls lights, shades, and many other systems.
Interseckt’s team designed the technology systems of this secluded tropical home in careful coordination with the home owner and designer. The home opens fully to the ocean as well as to the lush island’s surroundings on the other side. The technology systems are concealed to not affect the aesthetics of the home.
The system in this apartment was designed for an art collector so it was important to conceal most of the technology elements. For example, we made the speaker finish match the wood veneer of the cabinets in several areas. Major brands of components used include Crestron, Lutron, NAD, Sonance, and Sony.
Interseckt has been a preferred vendor of the University of Miami and the UM Hospital for many years. We have designed and installed many systems for them including public announcement, video conference rooms, and other systems. Our team continues to assist them with many technology matters as well as with servicing their systems.
